Refund Policy

1. Project Engagements

Because Auto-Phil’s services involve custom consulting, automation builds, and digital implementation, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

No substantial work has begun.

An agreed-upon milestone or deliverable cannot be completed due to our fault.
In such cases, partial refunds may be issued at Auto-Phil’s discretion.

3. Subscription or Retainer Services

Monthly retainers or recurring services can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

4. Workshops & Training

Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Within 7 days, a credit toward a future session may be provided.
